Josh Catalano
Executive Director & Co-Founder
Josh is a committed dad and disabled combat veteran who served for 13 years as an Army Combat Medic, carrying a lifelong passion for healing and giving back. The spark for the Guild was born out of his personal journey through the isolating days of COVID, as he sought healthy ways to navigate his PTSD and reconnect with the world. By channeling his love for digital spaces into a vehicle for real-world support, Josh now creates the very communities he once needed, dedicated to making sure no fellow adventurer has to face life's battles alone.
Amanda Catalano
Director of Operations & Co-Founder
Amanda is a marketing director, long-time project manager, and proud mom whose deep commitment to volunteerism was forged through years of service within various communities. She excels at turning complex logistics into elegant, high-impact realities, serving as the steady backbone that keeps the Guild moving forward. Driven by her heart for community building, Amanda ensures that the organization remains a safe, structured haven where players can step out of the margins and find their people.
